Before I get snowed under with our next proposal, I wanted to thank you for the conscientious effort you exhibited working on our proposal tabs. I haven’t found your exemplary level of personal attention, knowledge, quality, and attention to detail from any local printers and it saved the day for me (not exaggerating).
I appreciate your taking our raw DTP’d files, finding errors, checking on improvements, and having fixes in mind, that saved me valuable time to focus on other details. That I never had to leave my desk and the result showed up on it in short order, perfect-the-first-time, was a relief.
We are under such tight deadlines ourselves that your meeting our QT dilemma with courtesy and professionalism makes you a trusted resource.
